The Couch: This is quite a large couch for your home, the boxes under the coach act both as ottomans and storage cases. Imagine with some cushions that are perhaps plain to fit into the crowded pattern..
How to Produce: Wood or Metal Skeleton. Wood first: Needs trivial cut and connect of the wood. Metal: Form a casting mold for the legs which have some inserts or holes for metal tubes to get in, connect two legs with 10-12 metal tubes, from start to end, then we have the skeleton, later cover this skeleton with polyurethane and we have a fleshy object. Then we can coat it with texture. For the bottom box pieces, I think you can have them in wood and then coat..

Dimensions and Packaging: The enclosing box for a single Osmanli Couch is 2775 mm x 650 mm x 1066 mm, each box contains a single Osmanli Couch and the bounding box dimensions for the package is 2825 mm x 700 mm x 1116 mm, roughly 16 pieces fit into 20' standard container and 34 pieces fit into the larger 40' standard container..
