The Chair: This design is a collobration with me and Deniz Yurtbilir, Deniz suggested to create a chair that you can use in restaurants to be easily carried and be put on tables during cleaning etc. I have improved the design by making it stackable as well..
How to Produce: The legs look thin but they should be big empty tubes or an engineering steel that have radius: 9-13 mm. or to say ø = 18-26 mm. Top part injection molded plastic that looks like wood..
Possible Materials: The designer noted the following materials could be used in production: Wood, Plastic.
Dimensions and Packaging: The enclosing box for a single Ihlamur Chair is 511 mm x 718 mm x 480 mm, each box contains a single Ihlamur Chair and the bounding box dimensions for the package is 561 mm x 768 mm x 530 mm, roughly 165 pieces fit into 20' standard container and 320 pieces fit into the larger 40' standard container..
