Step Cut Coffee Table
The Coffee Table: My tests with pure geometric forms continue, I started a series of gemstone inspired works, I have the Dorlink Kinderslay's Gemstone Handbook right next to me and first I will be creating arch-types such as this step cut coffee table, and later I will move to more complicated designs, right now I am trying to digest all the information and styling of diamonds, emaralds and other precious stones. How to Produce: Quite easy to produce from any material, the top part is solid cut (could also be Plexiglas) or molded (for instance from fiber glass), legs need a bit of metal craftsmanship..
