Nal Chair
The Chair: I have been trying hard to form an harmony between organic and inorganic design, in this particular object the Nal chair (literally means horseshoe), I was inspired by two things. First, I was inspired by the Chinese horseshoe chairs, second Shiro Kuramata's Ko-Ko chair, however you will notice that the resulting design is drastically different. I love it for its simplicity..

How to Produce: Solidcut wooden legs and base, metal top part is actually two parts; the connector is casted and back support is hollow metal bended, then chromed..

Possible Materials: The designer noted the following materials could be used in production: Wood, Metal.

Dimensions and Packaging: The enclosing box for a single Nal Chair is 581 mm x 622 mm x 613 mm, each box contains a single Nal Chair and the bounding box dimensions for the package is 631 mm x 672 mm x 663 mm, roughly 144 pieces fit into 20' standard container and 304 pieces fit into the larger 40' standard container..
