The Rahle: It is foldable and lighter then it appears. This design takes the Ottoman geometric motifs and designs and gives them a new interpretation..
How to Produce: First of all we can see that there are many little elements that are repeating. From metal, it can be cut with laser however that would be expensive, rather than that; I have the idea of solid pressing by layers..

Dimensions and Packaging: The enclosing box for a single Rahle Rahle is 429 mm x 500 mm x 561 mm, each box contains a single Rahle Rahle and the bounding box dimensions for the package is 479 mm x 550 mm x 611 mm, roughly 220 pieces fit into 20' standard container and 440 pieces fit into the larger 40' standard container..
