The Stool: If you go to a dentist, and have your teeth removed you will feel nothing because of anesthesia, with this stool you also feel nothing as if you are sitting on air! It also stacks..
How to Produce: You need metal inserts for this one even if you realise it in plastics injection molding. If you imagine wood, you need to have some support on the bottom so that the legs do not get seperated by force..
Possible Materials: The designer noted the following materials could be used in production: Fiberglass, Plastic, Wood.
Dimensions and Packaging: The enclosing box for a single Disciden Stool is 585 mm x 350 mm x 439 mm, each box contains a single Disciden Stool and the bounding box dimensions for the package is 635 mm x 400 mm x 489 mm, roughly 300 pieces fit into 20' standard container and 600 pieces fit into the larger 40' standard container..
