IO Ring

The Ring: IO is my first jewelry design ever, I wanted to design a ring that is both decorated yet simple looking, tried to bring together simplicity and elaborated details together..

How to Produce: An extremely detailed mold is made and the metal is casted inside, afterwards cleaned by hand. Alternative version is produced by 3D printing of the metal powder and then heating them up for infusion..

Possible Materials: The designer noted the following materials could be used in production: Metal.

Dimensions and Packaging: The enclosing box for a single IO Ring is 18 mm x 2 mm x 18 mm, each box contains a single IO Ring and the bounding box dimensions for the package is 68 mm x 52 mm x 68 mm, roughly 140070 pieces fit into 20' standard container and 284970 pieces fit into the larger 40' standard container..
